“Breakfast was minimal, coffee was empty when I went to get some at 730am, we got a room forb4 adults and only had towels in room for 2 adults, night shift guy was a jerk complained because my key was left in room and was not happy letting me in”

“Breakfast the pancake maker was broken. Breakfast was just blah! The casino was smoke filled . Anyone with asthma will have problems. Applebee's was terrible do not go. It took a30 minutes for water”

“Lisa from the Holiday Inn was so helpful. I left something in the room, and she went out of her way to make sure that I was able to get it back. Wonderful service, and a wonderful place to stay. My in-laws are staying here when they come to visit thanks to how awesome everyone was. :)”

“The hotel was immaculate. The only problem was that the room is very noisy. We could hear the traffic noise outside and the people in the next room. I believe the walls are to thin and the windows installed are not sound proof.”

“The hotel was clean, breakfast was great but the water pressure in the shower was non existent. I asked about it to staff and was told everyone was showing at the same time. Seriously I have more water pressure in the toilet. A dribble from a shower head is unacceptable IMO. Very hard to rinse product from your hair. On the 3rd morning I shower at 4:00 AM and had the same experience. ”

“Breakfast was as expected. The staff was very polite. The AC worked but was very loud! Hard to sleep. The walls are so thin....no exaggeration, the connecting room had their alarm going off and it woke up my husband and myself. We were not happy!!! So between the AC runnind loud, rattling and the thin walls, sleep was a struggle. Bring ear plugs. Not your regular "Best Western". But also not owned by your regular "Best Western". They bought the name. ”

“Staff had just come in from smoking so the ENTIRE lobby smelled like smoke. The next day the lobby smelled like rotten food. The first room I had, had ants. They moved us rooms, the second room, the carpet was coming up, the bedsheets were stained and it smelled. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The air unit was extremely loud and sounded like running water. ”

“Nice layout and floor plan. Able to cook if dining in was warranted. Laundry was done enjoyed not having to mess with washing. Close to many stores and restaurants in the area. Enjoyed the stay.”
